The above photo is the what I call the "Harness" of the Blackburn Outpost Seat Bag, because the bag is in (2) parts, the "Harness" and the "Bag". Straps are fully adjustable to accommodate the size (the fullness) of the bag shown below., What's nice about this bag being in (2) pieces, is you can leave the "Harness" on the bike and just remove the bag to take with you.

The above photo is the "Bag" of the Blackburn Outpost Seat Bag. This bag is 11L in size and is 100% waterproof, which is what I want for bikepacking in Michigan. No worries of anything getting wet in this bag as log as you have at least (3) rolls on the closure of the bag.
