I have ridden bikes all my life, but never did any serious riding like bike touring, bikepacking or any other long distance riding or events. This past year I have taken up bike riding for a few reasons, like good health and exercise, getting outdoors and to enjoy what bike riding truly offers. On the site I'd like to share my experiences, ideas, gear and bikes. I want to hear from other like minded folks or to get others interested in some form of bike riding here in the state of Michigan. Over the past year I have been following a few YouTube channels on cycling and hiking. Milestone Rides was the inspiration that got me back on my bikes, riding further on each ride and enjoying each pedal stroke.
